The Team at Jonkman Construction was honored to serve as Seaboard’s General Contractor partner for this multi-phase renovation project. Completed in 2021, Phase One consisted of 31,000 sq. Ft. and included remodels of a third-floor office as well as the first-floor lobby and grand atrium with the introduction of a new employee cafe. Phase Two was completed in 2022, comprising an additional 33,100 sq. Ft. with office remodels taking place across the first and second floors.
