A renovation of an existing 31,100 square foot warehouse that included 100% replacement of all exterior windows, dock doors, along with installation of Prodema architectural panels and rain screens on the entire front face of the building. Following project commencement and after fully realizing the impact of the project on the surrounding area, the Iconic Hanna Rubber Company decided to make 908 West 25th their official company headquarters.
